Bracelet Sizing
Standard Bracelet Sizing is below. Remember, this is the STANDARD size. If you like your bracelets larger, move up to the next size. If you are not sure, measure your EXACT size (see instructions below).
Adults:
7.0 inches - petite or teen
7.25 inches - small
7.50 inches - medium or AVERAGE
7.75 inches - large
8.0 inches - XLarge
Baby/Toddler/Children:
Newborn - 4.50 inches
3 – 6 months - .4.75 inches
6 – 12 months - 5 inches
18 – 24 months - 5.25 inches
2 years - 5.50 inches
3 years - 5.75 inches
4-5 years - .6.00 inches
6-7 years - 6.25 inches
8 – 10 years - 6.50 inches
11-12 years - 6.75 inches
13 and over - refer to adult sizing
For your exact measurement......with a soft tape measure, measure the wrist just below the wrist bone (closest to your hand) and write down your number.
Now, add this number to the number you wrote down (this will be your bracelet size):
Ages 0-3 - add 1/2 inch
Ages 4-5 - add 3/4 inch
Ages 6-adults - add 1 inch
If you do not have a flexible tape measure, mark a piece of string and measure with a ruler.
Or measure another bracelet that fits you perfectly.
Please take the time to measure carefully. Resizing is an additional $10.00.
To avoid resizing charges; please, please, measure before ordering. Resizing takes as much time as making the original bracelet and my re-sizing costs are 1/2 that of other specialty jewelry designers.
If bracelets are given as gifts, try to find a bracelet that fits the recipient and measure it from end to end. If measuring is not an option, please keep in mind I do charge to restring/re-size your bracelet. It takes the same amount of time to string the second time as the first so please measure.
