Sterling Silver Sealed Photo Pendants
My custom-made photo pendants are a true heirloom to pass down from generation to generation. This high-quality piece captures a moment in time....a moment to treasure forever....a once in a lifetime photograph.
The pendant itself is made of a very durable, thick, heavy, high-quality .925 sterling silver. The area for the photo is recessed and the picture is inserted inside. Multiple layers of liquid glass are poured over your photograph, which seals it for eternity. The pendant also contains a large bail that will accommodate almost any necklace, omega, or cord. The back of the pendant is flat solid sterling, which lays nicely against the skin. The standard pendant is a 1 inch by 1 inch square. However, due to the orientation of some photos, I also offer horizontal and vertical pendants.
Upon ordering, you will submit a photo to me via e-mail or regular mail. Your photo will be cropped to the appropriate pendant size, adjusted for brightness and contrast, red-eye removed, and then printed professionally. Color or black and white photos can be used. (I do have the ability to convert color photos to black and white but a black and white photo can not be converted back to color).
If using a snapshot, your work stops once you have submitted your photo. PLEASE NOTE - if using a snapshot, please align all subjects at even or close height and use a solid background if at all possible.
If using a professional photo from another studio, a signed release must be submitted before your order is processed. This is a simple form that can be e-mailed or faxed to the studio. I have a release my customers can use, and many photographers and studios supply their own release.Click here for a release form to print and use. As for the care of your heirloom piece, you will receive a small re-sealable bag with the pendant. Simply keep it in this bag when it is not worn. Hair spray, perfume, and dust particles will settle on the pendant, so for best care, put your pendant on just before you walk out the door! If the pendant should get a residue build up, simply wipe with a warm, soapy, paper towel and dry immediately. Please DO NOT soak in any type of jewelry cleaner.
My photo pendants can be purchased alone, or with a variety of options and custom designs. Options and pricing are listed below.
Basic Photo Pendant - $59
The basic pendant can be purchased alone and worn with your favorite chain.
The pendant bead design uses the same sterling silver photo pendant. The customer selects the color of beads (glass and/or wooden), sterling silver beads are added, along with two large sterling silver imported Bali beads (around pendant). It is finished with with a sterling-silver toggle clasp or lobster clasp. This is a custom piece designed exactly to your style or taste.
*Pendant is not removable on this design.
Cuff Bracelet - $99
The cuff bracelet was introduced in 2008 and designed for those who are not necklace wearers but chunky bracelet fanatics.
This design features the same photo pendant as pictured above, the largest size pendant I sell.
The bracelet design is a very sturdy solid sterling silver wire cuff bracelet that adjusts to your wrist by squeezing. It is available in sizes of 6, 7 and 8 inches. You will want the size of the bracelet to be close to your actual wrist size, not your bracelet size.
The bracelet contains several sterling silver 5 mm beads. The end bead unscrews so that you may add your own beads or charms, or remove the pendant to be worn on a necklace. This is a very stylish yet versatile piece! One of my favorites by far!
As pictured left, textured beads can be added for an up-charge. This customer chose textured floral beads. Once again. all beads can be removed by unscrewing the end-cap. The pendant can then be worn on a necklace.
Photo Link Bracelet
Bracelet with one photo link $64

This bracelet was introduced during the holiday season of 2008. I had two unique cases where the standard cuff bracelet would not work so I did some sketching and research and found a photo frame link. All of my items are sterling silver so it does take time to find the exact items I need but it was found! This is a 15mm x 15 mm square bead link. There are 2 sets of holes on this link that allows me to string it onto beading wire.
The bracelet can be made with Swarovski crystals (as pictured below) in any color (birthstones or neutrals) or your favorite chunky beads or stones. The bracelet is custom-sized to fit your wrist.
The photo link is solid sterling silver. Once your picture is mounted into the link, it is coated with liquid glass epoxy and sealed forever.
Up to 5 links can be added depending on your wrist size.
Sterling Silver Photo Key chain - $64
With so many requests for male-oriented gifts, my photo pendant keychain was born in 2008. This makes a great gift for those ladies who do not wear jewelry, or for Dad, husband, brother or son. I have made many of these keychains for beautiful memorial gifts as well.
Sterling silver beads and Swarovski crystals are added to match the photo (or birthstones if you should choose), and the stainless key ring is available in the standard round or also a large heart (as shown above).
YOU ASKED - YES, I am so excited to say the pendant is now REMOVABLE! I had several people ask if there was any possible way to make the keychain a combo piece where the pendant could come off and then be worn on a necklace too. With some scratching of my head, I decided to put on a lobster claw clasp and attach the pendant at the bottom. So, now it can be easily unclipped and worn on a bracelet or a necklace!
The large photo pendant is used in this design and included in the price.

The below pendant options have been decided upon with much thought. The pendant should be showcased to look like a show-stopper! I want the piece to be near and dear to your heart and look the best! If someone is spending the money to purchase the pendant, I feel I should do my part and give them the options to present it in the best possible way!
I have many options below including sterling silver chains and leather cords. I spent a full year testing the options myself to see what looked best, felt best and took the best overall wear and tear from daily use.
Sterling Silver Chains
The rice dot chain is a true bright sterling silver. It has gradients of sparkle in it as it reflects light, almost like a diamond cut. It is given the rice dot name due to the pieces on the chain looking similar to a piece of rice followed by a dot. This pattern repeats itself all the way around and closes with a standard spring ring clasp. This necklace is pictured at left in the pink box and above in the white box.

The beaded chain (at left) has a more matte look. The beads are about 2 mm and repeat themselves all the way around the chain. The beads are stable and do not move - each bead is soldered to the chain. The chain closes with a standard clasp. This provides a more subtle or casual look.

The oval rice chain is the chain that I wear with my own photo pendant. This makes a remarkable statement and I get comments on it daily. This chain is thicker than the above two basic chains. The stationary oval beads resemble a piece of puffed rice. This is a shiny sterling silver chain that is very durable and thick. It closes with a lobster clasp. This is my favorite!

The omega chain is a 2.5mm round style. I chose the round style so that the bail of the pendant will fit nicely on the chain and lie flat. This type of a chain is stiff to the touch and is meant to be worn as a choker, close to the neck. This is the thickest of all the chains I carry. This is a matte sterling silver chain that is very durable and thick. It closes with a lobster clasp.

Leather Cords
Leather cords are another good way to showcase your photo pendant. Leather cords are meant to lie close to the neck. They are stiff to the touch. My cords are genuine leather and have a sterling silver lobster clasp.
Your pendant is then anchored with 2 sterling silver beads in a swirl design (above left) or a plain shiny design (above right). The beads can be removed and worn on other necklaces and the cord can also be worn alone.
